Thanks. Another great video. Love the variety. Correct me if I am wrong: Is the only difference between No. 6 (seesaw press) and No. 8 (alternating shoulder press) is that in the No. 6 seesaw both arms are always in motion where in No. 8 one arm is at rest?
You are pretty darn ripped, but I suggest working your upper pecs.

kinda sorta. its a different cadence. see saw press you can rest with one arm in the rack position and the other at full lock out.
its a "same but different" approach

Arthur Saxon loved that one. He was able to press over 300lbs (136kg) over his head with one hand.
