No, I don't think they are the same person. Pac makes music and Haze sings it live, though Haze hasen't been seen live for a long time and when he was, he lip singed. In some of the songs there are two artists. 1 is Pac and the other one could be proper Haze( or some of the Outlawz). But I know something; he is definately alive.
