Most of the whiting in this vid were only about 20-50mts from shore. Depends what you mean by freedive? Competition..no but all the spearing we do is breathhold diving so it is kinda. Sometimes up to about 20mts depending on what fish we're after, I dive with a couple of guys that can dive 30+!!! And that's spearing fish....... three powerpoles deep!
I think I was using my Beuchat Mundial Carbon Elite 1150 which cost me about 600 smackers! Might have been my 1mt Picasso carbon tho which cost around 400 from memory? Have you checked out SFD? I'm Rhino.
Yeah that gun was dead accurate until I changed the shaft!

@Lambycapo Yeah there's no real need for twin rubbers unless your targeting larger fish and need the range or punch.
