Action packed ones: Samauri 7 (yes, they did an anime), Cowboy BeeBop, Trigun, Gunsword. the Funimation website lets you view most of their shows (which there are hundreds) so you can check out what you like. The good ones tend to be a moderate length because they stick to important plot issues and don't veer off on non-important subjects, like random romances simply for the porn aspect. A good story is one that doesn't linger.
