you need to change your gearing and you need a slower steering speed and you kept using your nitrous when you were already at max speed, you'd have a much faster time if you tune it right

No, it's Texas World speedway. Texas Motor speedway is shorter, has four turns instead of three and has slightly lower banking. It is also much more modern and safe.
