would it be better to move one's hands further up the rail rather than slide the legs back? just seems like there's more room for error but maybe that's your point.
ive found that it works better with the foot because you can easily slide it back whereas the hands dont slide as well. just take it slow and be ready to bail off the side if you lose your balance.

Tried this, even tho I used both my feet on the rail. Was really intense! Gotta work on it more tho! Great training.

its actually won't work as well if you don't place one foot on top of the other. it makes it harder to get the sliding effect.
