It was only applied to certain elements because she had great routines I feel like..she did a double arabian on floor she was way ahead of her time....she could have competed in Sydney and easily won the vault final, floor final, and beam final...uneven bars just isn't her best event...judges also get used to a gymnast and give them the same score on the same events.

This routine was lightyears ahead of Cacovean's and Dawes's- stupid code stopped her from getting a medal.

Gym forum says the start value was only a 9.7, but it seems more difficult (and certainly executed better) than Dawes' routine. Why such a low start value?

the 93 - 96 code was totally messed up so dawes uprise (which is now a B) was a D and all sorts of other crazy rules which meant that coaches that read the code well had their gymnasts doing the right routines but others ended up with lower start values.

@dbhmr This code was very messed up as said before. It awarded way too many points in all the wrong places. This was miles ahead of dawes routine.
