How about considering his personality? He doesn't really give a damn about his sword because as he said, "those who fight with their swords (as in borrowing their powers) are only for those who cant fight with their own DAMN STRENGTH. Anyways, its not like kenpachi needs the name of his sword. Sure it would make him more powerful, but that would be pointless because everyone LOVES kenpachi the way he is. Am I right?

Kenpachi HAS expressed an interest in getting to know his sword if it means he'll get stronger.

I just don't think his sword has a chance of being an equally dominant partner in the same way that Zabimaru or Zangetsu is. Can you imagine trying to tell Kenpachi how to fight at this stage?

As has been mentioned before: Kenpachi Zaraki's unnamed Zanpakuto is constantly in Shikai release because of his enormous spiritual power.

However; since he doesn't know the name of his Zanpakuto, he is unable to use its powers. So the zanpakuto has the APPEARANCE of the Shikai, but NOT the powers.

Lol newbie doubts. Souls databook says clearly that both Ichigo and Zaraki Kenpachi are the only ones unable to seal their zampaktous from the shikai form.

Even Tite himself said it already Zaraki katana is IN SHIKAI exactly the same as Ichigo. The only difference is that Ichigo knows the name and zaraki dont.

1.Zaraki cannot release shikai because he cant control his rietsu , this is wat he stated

2.after bieng defeated by ichigo he says To his sword '' what is ure name'' so this proves he didnt know shikai because he didnt know his swords name

And you should have your eyes checked. This song is trechery, THAT song is invasion. When people here are talking about this song, they are usually comparing it to when Nnoitra releases his song in front of kenpachi. Those are the EXACT same songs.

What they used in the series is a cutted version, they cant simpy let the whole song play (3:21 minutes) when the scene at contains the background song is only 1 minute...

This is the same for the opening song and ending song, they are just TV versions of the song, else the 25 minutes (the length time for showing it on tv) would be only 17 or 18 minutes when they used a full version of the OP and Ending and that is lesser content of the anime

Not actually, he always thought that Zanpaktou is nothing more than a weapon so he didn't even cared to know his release. At least that's what i think :P

And that catwoman (dont know the name of) says after the fight against Kurosaki that his sword is in Shikai state. (Or was it during the fight with Kurosaki?)

Kenpachi's zanpaktou is not in shikai, it never was, it never will be, he is not a magic exception to the grand rule that you have to know your zanpaktou's name to release it's sealed form, and he doesn't know the name of his. You can even rewatch episode 38 when he literally says he doesn't have a sealed form because his reiatsu is too huge to seal. Ergo, no shikai. Sorry if I come off as aggressive but I hear people say this all the time and it's just not true.

no it is in shikai.. Kenpachi's has got too huge raw power to contain in the zanpakto's first stage so it's always in shikai.. Just take a look at ichigo's zangetsu... Zangetsu is always in shikai cause ichigo got a lot of raw power.. Zangetsu's first form is the sword he used to have on the first epsodes. And yes he does say that he doesn't have sealed form.. BUT.. Shikai is not the sealed frm... The sealed form is tha first stage of a zanpakuto.. You can check zanpakuto's forms at bleach wiki

omg shikai is a released form. they have to seal their swords for them to not be shikai's if there power it too big. Kenpachi's power is way to massive to seal even if he tried, so his zanpakuto is always in shikai. The only thing different is he cant use any moves with his shikai. The truth is that Zaraki does not have a shikai and his word is not in shikai. You may that it it is because of the way that it looks or by what he said about his reistsu being too massive to seal, but this is not the case. Ichigo's blade is only in shikai because he was able to find out the name of his zanpaktou, unlike Zaraki. In the end, no matter how much you want Zaraki to have a shikai, he isn't going to have one without knowing the name.

Go and buy the bleach databook. Zaraki kenpachi as Ichigo goes around with his zampaktou in shikai form. To know or not the name means nothing.
