To clear things up:

-This is the MGS3 Main Theme.

-The MGS3 main theme included the MGS/MGS2 main theme at the end, but this 8-bit mix didn't get there.

-The MGS/MGS2 theme was apparently plagiarized, so use of it was discontinued.

-On the 20th MGS Anniversary soundtrack, the MGS3 theme appeared, but instead of the MGS theme appearing at the end, "The World Needs Only One Big Boss" from MGS2 did.

-This is where you got the title from. :p
