This is one of the best examples for wasted possibilities in music :D
To loop and loop and loop and loop every time the same schedule won´t make the music any pinch better. Can I call this stuff "Music for selfish machines" just created to take their consciousness out of their brains so they can play another day along and produceing more monotony and boredom for the masses.
so i take it you dont even like bands from the sixties and seventies like the velvet underground, the doors, early pink floyd, can, neu or public image ltd... anyway all rock music is based around the idea of repetition, most songs will just play the same few cords over and over, smaells like teen spirit (4 chords), november rain (3 chords) etc... just cos some musicians want to fool you by adding pointless frills doesnt mean they all have to...
Heh. You have a point. ;D . I simply can´t understand their art. But I think it´s meaningless anyway to pick a fight because we have other priorities in hearing music.
trust me i dont want to pick a fight... im just trying to show how there's no point criticising any form of art because of it's aethetics... what matters is content, not form...
also remember not all music is there to be liked, some art is perpousefully mean to be unpleasant to prove a point, take the aesthetic principles of industrial music 4 example. i hope one day u'll appreciate this 4 what it is :)
