I am learning east coast swing/lindy. That lady is not heavy at all. I am three times the size she is. Swing dancing is meant for anyone no matter what their shape, size, or age is.

Dude she is curvy thats it. I have shared a couple of dances with her from time to time. So I can tell personally that she isn't fat at all. She is also one of the nicest people I've met on the dance floor.

Unfortunately...... the same can't be said about Jordan -_- (and I'm not the only one who think so)

That was remarkable. They were absolutely on the beat throughout, despite having to perform to possibly the worst dance record ever. Technically perfect but the music imposed a degree of sheer frenziedness that cost the routine in terms of aesthetic appeal. Ditch that track, kids!

Hey, but the most amazing in this video is not dancing on beat, 'cose almost every professional dancer can do this. The amazing thing is that they dance ON THE MUSIC, following every stop, every crescent part in the music, following the intensity, and that's why the music was well chosen for the coreography (in fact, I don't like the music, but they danced it flawlessly, and made the music look awesome!)

I agree that we should be focusing on the talent/skill of the dancers (omfg unbelievably good), but I'd be lying if I said I didn't notice her weight. No doubt she has unprecedented determination and can dance like no other. However, for the person who said she weighs only 130, I bet that you're WAY off on that. I am 5"4" + weigh 140, + I look much more healthy/proportionate than she appears. I'd be willing to bet she weighs at least 160 - most likely an unhealthy weight for her height/body type

It's true that she's larger than most other professional dancers, but looking at how much power she has in her moves, I'd guess that's it's almost all muscle.  Either way, she's just gorgeous!

westleynicholls doesn't understand anything about wcs, guys. Bellefille is correct--skinny wcs followers are not as easy to do cool moves with because they can't anchor properly without throwing their balance off. If you're not at least normal weight, your partner will have a dance that does not fulfill its potential. Wesley, things that are tragically true for other dance styles are not true for the greatest dance: WCS.

I belive this is the same couple who danced to sexy back in another video and their moves and both of their style and, again, technique is phenomenal.

Yes I agree, her technique is excellent... but the fact is her line is so obscured. If she were taller at her current weight she would be phenomenal and seeing as it's impossible to change ones height... I think a shedding of a pound or two wouldn't hurt the teams overall outlook..
