Look Mr. positron it is a very common sense that if Jesus is the son of God than why the GOD, who has all the power, will have only one son ??? In contrast our almighty ALLAH did not have one prophet only. We know about lots of prophets (peace be upon them) who came to show us the tru path. But blinds like u will always create distruction and give false informations. Just think for a second u also believe in ADAM the first human on earth. But u dont say that he is the son of god. why ???

The divine title of 'The Son of God" is given by God the Father. It is God the Father's will to enable His only SON to co-exist with Him before the world was created. You have asked about Adam, . Did Adam say "I am the Son of GOD"? Only JESUS did so in John 10:36. You say there are many prophets; right. JESUS is more than a Prophet. But Muhammad is not even a Prophet.

The doctrine of contradiction comes from the Quran to measure Quran and not to measure the Holy Bible because the context of the message varies from one event to another. Quran however is a revised text by Zaid Ibn Thabit under instruction of Uthman. Son of Man and Son of God are 2 titles for JESUS because He has dual natures - Spiritual & Physical. As for Spiritual JESUS, He is united with His Father 100% at all times. As for His physical body, it came only when He entered into the human race.

If I am not mistaken he recited it to lie in order to seek protection when Moslems are small in numbers and could easily be wiped out. So the verse it there to remind us that he meant nothing by what he said. You have made it clear. God's Sabbath is a figure of speech that He has completed the recreation work. Surah 3:3 says confirming the Torah. But you will disagree too!

Dr. Zakir Naik is a false teacher for the Bible vide Surah 10:94 & Surah 29:46. You have to use a better revelation in order to debate with People of the Book. Quran is not a better Book because it is not a Book from Allah read your Surah 2:79 because Quran is written by hands of men but Surah 96:1 says Quran is to be recited and no way you can find a command to write it down in a BOOk!!!!

Shahad786, when u want to argue on the term used in the Holy Bible, u have to quote the Hebrew texts which the OT is originally written in. If you argue based on translated in English, you have erred much. "Shabath" in Hebrew is translated to "rested" for easy understanding of the reader. But the exact meaning in Hebrew has many meaning which includes "cease, celebrate, rest, still, take away".

The exact meaning is dependent on the context of the message.
