must be a 52 or 53. 54/55 had different grill. 47 to 51 had different door handles and a 80 mph speedo. a 47 also had the fuel tank mounted underneath on the frame and not in the cab. 52 had 30 psi oil gauge and 53 had 60 psi gauge

Great old truck! I love all those old fat-fendered trucks and still own my grandfathers 1953 GMC Panel Truck.
