My experience - I had a combined seasonal/H1N1 shot (not nasal spray) in May 2010. No side effects, and I didn't catch flu when someone brought it into my office.

The Swine Flu Fiasco was 1976, for crying out loud. You weren't even alive then (I was twelve). Medical science and vaccine technology have come a long way since then. BTW - the Tea Party is more than capable of shooting itself in the foot, without any help from unionists and other "lefties".

This whole idea of giving live virus is to do nothing more than help the nearly impotent (a)H1N1 become the global killer the vaccine companies are hoping for, through mutation of the live flu virus given to patients who get the flu vaccine.

Federal law trumps state law. Just because you can get a waiver by the state, doesn't mean its solid.

Anyhow, so what if its the live virus? If made to take a vaccine, I would rather come down with the live virus than a chemical cocktail. As long as the virus isn't ebola or ebola-like, doesn't matter whether or not its attenuated.

The nasal-based H1N1 vaccine is said to contain a weakened virus. Its more likely to give mild symptoms, making the vaccinated carriers, than to kill the them.

Federal law does NOT trump state law. Read the 10th Amendment. The fed's cannot require you to take an injection. It is a violation of your GOD-GIVEN HUMAN RIGHTS, and nowhere does the Constitution authorize anyone in the federal government to inject anyone with anything.

Plainly stated, if the Constitution does not specifically give the federal government the power to do something, that power goes to the STATES or the PEOPLE!

The people trump the state, the state trumps the feds.

Considering the nasal-based spray is getting released one to two weeks prior, it will most likely cause an H1N1 explosion just in time for the shot-based vaccines to be delivered and administered to those in hysteria of the sudden mass outbreak. One to two weeks is plenty of time for a virus to incubate and spread everywhere. Especially for the highly contagious, but not so lethal, H1N1.

Fear is more likely to kill people than the virus.

There are two different H1N1 vaccines.

MedImmune has a nasal-based vaccine that seems perfectly safe. Look it up.

Basically, it contains a weakened version of H1N1, which your body ends up creating antibodies in response. They will have 60m produced by 2010, right now they probably only have 20m-30m produced.

If you think about it, the military purchased 20m vaccines while vaccine tests on the shot-based vaccine were being done. Don't think the military is getting the shot-based vaccine.

One day they say "People over 30 and under 55 are at greater risk".

Then, another day they say "People over 50 are at greater risk".

Am I the only one who has noticed this?

They can't seem to keep their stories straight about this H1N1 virus.

I've also seen Doctors say on TV, that this is a "mild strain" as flu viruses go.

But the Oministration seems intent on declaring this a 'crisis' so they can prey on it, and stomp on our freedoms.

actually the last study i saw are people over 50 are at the LEAST risk and osteoporosis drugs kill the virus .

they have been saying the whole time that people ages 20-45 are at the higher risk "for some reason"

the fed doesnt pass bills. "The Fed" is short for "The Federal Reserve" which is a PRIVATELY owned and run bank. It's as Federal as Federal Express. All of the US currency "Federal Reserve Note" is printed there and LOANED to the US govt WITH INTEREST. so they loan say $1.00 to the govt and immediately the government then owes the Fed one dollar plus the current interest rate (which the fed sets!) it's all a huge scam and the fed needs to be abolished!

the regular flu kills roughly 37,000 Americans per year. many of these are people with compromised immune systems (elderly, HIV/AIDS etc.).

All vaccines have thimerasol (Mercury) & or aluminum in them. Both metals are known attack the brain. The MMRv (Measles/Mumps/Rubella vaccine) has aborted human fetal tissue in it (google it).
