what? she said she did her own stunts and she did gymnastics before and that she could still do it, and that she trained herself for ice princess and did her own stunts there too, and that the gymnastics of cheerleading helped her

In the behind-the-scenes stuff on the Bring It On DVD, she said she was a cheerleader in elementary school once, and then went as a dead cheerleader that Halloween, because she REALLY didn't want to be a cheerleader anymore.

Ironic, considering how many roles in movies and TV she has played as a cheerleader. "Save the cheerleader - save the world." ;)

No, don't think so. I know she had a stunt double in Bring It On, and definitely a stunt double for all the crazy Heroes stuff. Probably the other things as well.
