I just beat the game. This isn't the last boss. Regardless, the last boss was a joke. I'm replaying the game on the harder difficulties to see if some of these bosses do more. Honestly I had more trouble going through some of the levels than fighting some of the bosses.

wow. i dont even remember writing that. that hyperbolic comment of mine doesn't quite reflect my true sentiments (certainly not with a level head). perhaps my point was that i wish this game was much more successful (or that they tried something different altogether). if we had had a major successful jump back into the world of FFVII, perhaps that would then allow us to have more FFVII spin-offs or pseudo sequels like this.

i say this fight had to be easyer then when you had to fight Weiss on his own It took me 3-4 hours to fight him,i was killed like 40 odd times :/ , but took me like half an hour to kill Omega Weiss(without dieing as well) :P x.

@turtleboat Very little from FF7's storyline is in FF7-DoC,other than the whole Meteor and Seph trying to ruin it all and such. Anyway, the only real "bad guy" that sticks around would be Hojo, and technically you can't hurt him anyway. And yeah, Weiss is a bit of a Seph wannabe....at least he makes Vincent mad enough to make him show off.

@omegasoldier382 Alright, i'll give you a little insight then, Weiss was in fact part of SOLDIER as one of the 1st Class Operatives, as well as Nero the Sable too who was a 1st Class SOLDIER. IF you play Crisis Core, it tells you right then and there how Genesis is still alive in Dirge of Cerberus. I don't like Weiss much, just Sephiroth and Genesis.

This dude was a cakewalk on a pie field in a park (odd metaphor, means ridiculously easy) compared to Arch Azul 2 chapters before, who in turn was easier than Bloodburst Rosso, who took me 8 days to finish, and all my weaps were downgraded afterwards. Stupid glitch.

it's not hard. depends on your difficulty settings.

normal=easy, hard=slightly harder but not by much. ex hard=your screwed from the start. you keep your stuff on ex mode but damn, you'll need it!

the time it takes to finish the story line is not long. i cant remember the exact amount of time (been about a year since last played), but i bet it can be finished in one day with none stop playing.

if your thinking about it, i highly recomend buying it.
