I usually just do chest, tri's, shoulders all pushing movements, then my back and bi's together (pulling movements) I end my workout with isolation movements to really finish off my arms. @jizzum4000 You do hit them indirectly in all of the above, but not enough to isolate and call it a full workout IMO.. And I always do arms at the end of the week they are fully recovered. I would reccomend Back and Tris and Chest and Bis if you are going to do that split otherwise it could be overtraining FOR that same purpose you stated..

@pupocas there is no such thing as squeezing in more cuts....believe it or not u have been actually increasing ur amino acid uptake that is used by the muscle tissue wich in turn produces more growth....lifting heavy and then light is the best for hypertrhophy
