I usually just do chest, tri's, shoulders all pushing movements, then my back and bi's together (pulling movements) I end my workout with isolation movements to really finish off my arms. I'm currently doing a 3 day split. Maybe ill change it up. Were I can I see your full rutine? P.s you just got a new subscriber

  • @scondore nick! Quik question, when you do ARM day wouldn't you be naturally hitting your triceps on chest day because of the pushing movements? And when you train your back your hitting your biceps also. So wouldn't it be better to do chest and tri's then back and bi's? I would think b4 you fully recover your doing the same muscle again

  • @jizzum4000 You do hit them indirectly in all of the above, but not enough to isolate and call it a full workout IMO.. And I always do arms at the end of the week they are fully recovered. I would reccomend Back and Tris and Chest and Bis if you are going to do that split otherwise it could be overtraining FOR that same purpose you stated..

  • k i know that bodybuilders take brown rice over white, but will it really matter? other than taste whats the difference? i know its the calories but by how much? will it really make a difference if u do take white rice? will u have to workout harder, sweat more?

  • @pupocas there is no such thing as squeezing in more cuts....believe it or not u have been actually increasing ur amino acid uptake that is used by the muscle tissue wich in turn produces more growth....lifting heavy and then light is the best for hypertrhophy

  • @mannnycoss I dont want to go really deep in to the science, and you are probably right. Its just the way i like to train. I am naturally small and this kind of training really helped me. Even now I am not to big size wise but people tend to like my separation and detail

  • NEVER cheat curl. If your going to do heavy weights then get a dumbbell and add enough weight to do barely 6reps, then use your other hand to support it while finishing off. Form > weight. Why risk an injury?

    Genetics, Body fat and basically height have something to do with it. He could have 20 inch arms at 5'7'' with a 30 % bodyfat. That doesn't mean it's impressive from a bb'ers stand point.

    I'm not trying to argue though.lol. He does have big arms. I think it's genetics and hard training on his end. I'm not trying to take anything away from someone that is good for the sport of bodybuilding and trains like crazy.
