I'm just wondering why no production version of Nissan's GTR35 in the game?... there are JSGT racing GTR's plus a few old versions., besides that what I most liked about this game are the tracks especially the really long ones ( besides the famed 'Ring ) I do think a few of the made-up tracks ( Fujimi Kaido and Rally di Positano ) are really awesome, put more tracks like these.. maybe future downloads.

Red Ring Of Death, and that's basically the same thing as PC's get, but PC's get Blue Screen Of Death :D it can be like that your playing with your xbox and then bammm blanks screen and instead of those green lights on the xbox ring it flashes red and time for warranty sticker to come in use

in some cases turning off and then turning xbox back on helps but sometimes it doesn't help and you have to RMA your xbox (if you still have the warranty) or if you don't then you can try some methods of trying to fix it yourself

i really doubt taht Gt5 , the godlike sim racer that it is will be able to pull of something as sepctacular as waht forza3 has done. The online community in this game is simply too much to ask for , the auction houses ,the storefronts everythng. Im a huge fan of the GT series , but Gt developer Kazunori Yamauchi is the guy who sees his game thru to perfection, but sony isnt letting him do taht., Sony is putting a lot of pressure on him to release teh game before next year. Its sad. :( .

This is the best racing game out there if you are looking for a real-time on game simulation. What other game let you get into such specific Spec, such as engine swap, and tire treads and so on.... might i add all the turning that's possible once you do get the aftermarket parts such as springs and anti-roll bar. in this game you get all your, Lap circus racing, time attack, Drag racing and best of all my favorite... your Drifting.... a map that is 10 miles long with 100+ tuens? i mean common.

Look, between you and me, we already know the bulk of GT5's carlist. Polyphony confirmed that every car in GTPSP will be in GT5. And that every car that was in GT4 was in GTPSP. We also know how lackluster GT4's carlist was. So do the math. Out of 900 cars, the only "new cars" will probably be Rally cars and Nascars.

Not trying to "diss" GT. But I'd honestly take Forza's car lists anyday.

Forza 3 has alot more super cars and the carlist is centered more around "cars you can't afford" .

GT4 had way to many low-performance cars. And many of the cars were just duplicated over and over until you get the impression that it had alot of cars.

They still don't have Porsches, and no where near as many Ferrari's and Lambo's.

You also need to understand the scope of this game. I don't think any racing game has as much customization as Forza.

How is that important?

Well, say you are watching a race. You can take one of those cars in Forza, and make it look and drive exactly like the ones you see in TV/real life.

Customization is a key part of this game ......Because you can literally make dozens of versions of the same car that look and drive 100% differently.

Don't get me wrong, I love GT. I've been a fan of GT since it came out back in 1998.

But the Forza has the best physics you can get on a console. It's the only game that truely gives the feeling of how the "tire meets the road". Not only that, but it runs its physics at 360 hz (while GT5p runs it somewhere around 120 hz). Turn10 is also doign alot of stuff that Polyphony isn't when it comes to physics. They simulated tire flex, chasis flex, and accurate aerodynamics and weight distribution.

Polyphony told the world that GT4 was going to have damage and online. Yet they overpromised and the overall product was disappointing for many extreme fans..

Popular sites like IGN are already done waiting for GT5, and they even go as far as claiming that Forza 3 is the best racing game of this generation. I can already forshadow how GT5 will be like. GT5 will be proof that graphics aren't everything.

Dude, GT has always been about pure car porn. It's the highlight of the series. GT3 and GT4 pushed the PS2. Not only that, GT4 was one of the only games on the PS2 that was capable of 1080i HD.

If there is one thing GT has done right, it's definantely the graphics.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that that's all there is to the series. But so far it's been feeling like they have been re-releasing the same game with pdated graphics over and over ever since GT2.

i just finished playing the demo and the game is good. graphics are good cars have amazing detail and the race track looked great. the cars sound very close to the real cars and the cars drive nice and smooth. only problem is the cockpit view its missing something but besides that its a great game im gonna buy it.
