@girishkumar801 That edit command prompt command is used and only used for most of the time making batch files and making a 3rd party notepad and it is stupid because its more harder to use and i'm sure everyone knows that command so don't tell him he forgot something cause maybe he just didnt wanna talk about just that (edit) command.

@oliveroooo when you write CMD in the RUN dialog ,it will open the in a specific location
this location in c:\users\design (in my case )
** design : is my PC username
** you can press the win button and in the up right you will find yours
