Yeah, I did. And I regret listening to any of them. Not only does she suck big time, she is stupidly calling herself a Cajun Zydeco band, when she is neither. That'd be like saying that Brad Paisley is hard rock because he can shred.

I don't understand the argument of whether this is cajun music or not. Who cares, cajun music sucks anyway. The argument should be whether she can sing or not. That's an easy one. She can't carry a tune. Debate over.

It's more than if the argument is whether this is Cajun music or not. It's that she is destroying and degrading an entire culture that is older than the American settling of California. And yes, she does suck. You can't force your voice to sound Cajun, it comes naturally to some singers in the area. The fact that she's stealing old Cajun melodies and "translating" them with her own words is just disgusting. Maybe if she was living here and understood the culture we'd be more accepting.

This is surely is not Cajun or even Zydeco music, as a Cajun I find it offensive that this band represents themselves as such. It takes more than this to be called Cajun or Zydeco Music.
