  • This REally sound like a American Ninja movie!

  • This is totally 80's action film music. Freakin amazing.

  • This song brings me back to being 9 years old and playing the crap out of NES.

  • double dragon 2 needs a hd remake using this music but not for that stupid wii but rather for pc xbox and ps3

Loved the fight against Arnold in the basement.

Hope they remake this game for PSN, just like BC: RE!

  • YAAAARGH ME HEARTIES.

  • You haven't heard this track until you've blasted it in a car with a system. I blasted this cut through 2 12" JL audio subs and let me tell you. It nearly blew my face off.

  • RAAAAAAH!!!!!! SPIN KICK SOME ASSHOLE IN THE FACE!!!! I listen to this tune and fantasize about spin-kicking Jersey Shore-like people in the face!!!! RAHHHHH!!!!

  • Are these remixes from the PC Engine game? I know they basically took the NES game and enhanced it.

  • @DJCandyManMike Nope, these are from the Official NES version soundtrack, if you want to download the album let me know and i'll send you the link to my virtual hard disk so you can donwload it.

  • @luriomaxx

Almost never have I heard an arranged soundtrack that's worthy of the songs it remixes, but every song in this is the exception!

  • B - B - GRAB - DOWN+A - DOWN+A - BACKWARDS+B = Kick some guy twice in the nuts, grab his head and smash his neck twice and then throw him the fuck off of your roof! well depending on which way youre facing anyway.

  • This is just too awesome. DDII for nes was always my fave and I never found much cover music for it on utube. Guess I wasn't looking right since you posted this yeaers ago. Thanks anyways, such awesome memories this brings back to me!

  • This is the Gameboy Advance version.

  • @mrlemmon true but this arranged track debuted before GBA verision

    i think...

  • @superkeenenbell

It did. This track was in the NES version of DDII.

  • makes me want to knee some fools

  • this game brings back great memories

  • This matches so damn well when you're fighting the Arnie clone, avoiding the spikes coming down at you, and the conveyor belts towards the end of the level.

  • YO the intro sounds so AMERICAN NINJA 2 !

  • @kelyaum LOL!! Just watched that on youtube the other day.. AWESOME. rofl.

  • thanks for posting, this is one of my all time favorites and brings back the good old days of co-op

  • Uhhhh.... Mr. VideoGamePervert man... is that the tip of your penis disguised as Mario's nose? -_-

I found myself drawn to it... that is, until I read your handle... then I clawed at my eyes.

  • i love it!!

  • For some reason, this song makes me think "Nothing's Gonna Take me Down!"

  • Godly music.

  • 0:23 - 0:52

    The stuff of legends.

  • Way to copy my comment only a day later...

  • Er, it's not the same time frame dude. :p

  • lol yes it is. You just cropped it by like 2 seconds and added the second part of it...the part which repeats. So it's essentially the same music lol.

  • 0:19 - 0:38 are fucking PERFECTION

I can't even believe someone could make music so perfect

  • 80'S!!!!!!!!!

  • ATHF Carl: Bad..ASs!

  • I could picture anime heroes and heroines fighting off villains in the middle of a sunset while listening this music...

  • On the Beach? or in a burnt out nuked city, with super powers, having the climatic battle?

  • thats pretty gay. how bout a real man fighting a real man over real life things?

  • Same here. This tune is just too catchy and adrenaline inducing to pass by. It's awesome.

  • I love these remixed tracks. They're awesome!

  • Why do I picture Van Dam in some flashy clothes jumping all over the place while kicking..

  • LOL, this is definitely vintage action movie music. Awesome!

  • My personal favorite when he was running round Hong Kong, on Bloodsport.

  • @Sambucacat:

My favorite was "Double Impact", but only because of that hot ass bad girl who tried to suffocate him with her muscular legs near the end. Rowr!!

  • I liked the Lesbian scene where the girl with the sexy "legs", feels up his girlfriend, when she's looking at all her bosses files. But, the boss is kinda dumb to have incriminating evidence of Murder and gangland involvement in HIS OFFICE, where police can seize it, and charge him with murder. Hong Kong has capital punishment.

  • That's the same girl. The one in leather, the bad girl, she's the same one who tried to choke squeeze Van Damme in the industrial plant.

She also stabbed the guy at the party in front of everybody.

But yeah, you're right. That boss is pretty dumb. Actually, the whole damned movie was pretty dumb. Like I said, the bad chick (played by Cory Everson) is the only darned reason I liked the movie at all.

  • Blood Sport. The Second Day. That entire montage of fights.

    Discussion over.

  • So awsome man! They just don't make them like this anymore! I for one miss video game techno music. Damn I'm getting old! LOL XP

    Thanks for the memories dude!

  • Yeah I miss that techno style music in videogames as well. But there are some games nowadays that also have great music in them, check out Contra Shattered Soldier(PS2)it has some fine tunes, but it's more rock/techno style. But it's becoming a trend in todays videogames to use real songs from well known artists, especially in arcade style games like Burnout, NFS, Motorstorm just to name a few.

  • @twosocks1976 I said rock/techno style when I was talking about Contra Shattered Soldier.

  • @VideoGamePervert Thank you so much for posting this, I feel like a kid all over again!

  • @TJtehdeafdawg Actually, this is more "disco" style. Streets of Rage 2, Contra Hard Corps, Vectorman, and Sylphia for the Turbo Duo, are games that had real "Techno" music. But, I understand what you are saying.

Music really kicked ass back then, didn't it?
