@RockNEHouseNHipHop Agreed. That guitar solo in the middle could go on for about five minutes, and then the end could be a bunch of jamming over that cool riff, with "I really wanna be in L.A." sung at the end of each phrase, and then, after about 12 minutes, sing the last verse again and end it.

@PortsmouthFilms I'm not fighting anyone. I just have a deep hatred towards guitar hero and all of it's evil plastic toy brethren. for me they represent all that is wrong in these modern days. back in the day kids used to whine to their parents 'please get me a guitar so I can be a rockstar!' then you got a crappy 100$ squier and were on the top of the world. now kids get three times as expensive plastic toys and use more time to learn the patterns than it would take to learn to actual song.

@MrNewpants I was playing guitar hero with my friends several years ago and we just looked at each other and said, "why don't we do this for real?" Been in a band ever since and began playing drums through rudiments I learned playing Rock Band as well. Many are quick to demonize these games but if they merely get kids interested in good music again they've already succeeded. Now if I play GH with friends I usually am pissed because the song is easier to just play on guitar :)
