well... actually... dinosaurs didn't have multiple brains. Most vertebrates have an enlargement of the spinal chord in the sacral vertebrae. A long time ago some paleontologist must've proposed that the cavity left by this enlargement in some dinosaur bones was evidence of a 'second brain', and since then bad dinosaur books and TV documentaries have perpetuated this antiquated hypothesis because it sounds cool... but we all have that weird bulge in our spinal chord...
