  • You cannot deny he has talent. His production just blows me away. this album is just brilliant.

  • Id spend absurd amounts of money to see this live..wow so good

  • What other rappers have live symphonies?

Kanye West is a pure genius.

  • i mean......seriously......how many times can i possibly watch this today??????

  • The Drop @ 3:17 >>>

  • those motherfucking strings. the original otis sample

  • This is when Ye was hungry......He was COLD then! Now......idk.

  • @franklinjonesii agree

  • homie doesnt look happy

  • @illholla84 not @ all

  • dude on the original Cam'ron fucking murders it. he should have been here

  • @erichizz09 HOWEVER SEEING AS THIS WAS IN 2008 JAY CAM MIGHT HAVE BEEN FOUND IN THE BOTTOM OF THE THAMES RIVER CUZ YOU KNOW JAY WAS IN LONDON WITH KANYE. BUT YEAH CAM WAS TIGHT AS EVER ON THIS SONG. TOO BAD YOUTUBE HAS IT BLOCKED UP EVERYWHERE EXCEPT ON THIS LIVE PERFORMANCE.

  • @shine2533 this was from before late orchestration was released so im guessin it was in january febuary of 2006

  • the strings were on fucking point

  • Kanye was killing but damn those stringers were heavenly.

  • at 3:35 he looked like he wanted to stop cuz he was tired but this is his dream so he keep going and finished it... Kanye is the best

  • Best fucking beat ever, that drum beat does not disappoint, the best! That last verse is beyond words to describe.

  • from 3:45 best part love it.......

  • Album version on my channel.

  • Amazing.

  • i would give up my left testicle to have been at this performance.

  • i'm just not getting this same drive from his newer material. not hating at all, don't believe in it. otis was pretty effin good but "late registration" in its entirety is one my favorite hip-hop albums of all time. he flat out went nuts on this album. musicianship was the goal here. there is an actual orchestra doing the damn thang. and kanye is the best performer i've seen live. haven't been to too many shows though.

  • This is a great Live Performance.

  • Easily Kanye's best song. Great version of it too.

  • i like da instrumentals especially at da end starting at 3:43

  • damn kanye's performance is so emphatic, so enthused, so KANYE WEST!

  • DAMN

  • One of the best songs on Late Registration.

  • @IAmPlaysWithSquirrel clearly the best

  • I'm sorry Jay-Z, I'm proud of you and ima let you finish, but Kanye West is the greatest rapper of all time

  • @SkyDragonCEO Blasphemy! Kanye is a brilliant producer, but as far as a pure MC his skills leave a bit to be desired. I do think he is fairly clever and I enjoy his verses and funny similes and metaphors but Jay-Z, Black Thought, Elzhi, etc. eat him lyrically. However, I will say that his last verse on this song (my favorite Kanye song ever) is his best verse ever and Late Registration is my favorite CD of probably the last decade.

  • anybody realize how consequence used "gone" in every line?

  • look at the tags..

  • perfect

  • damn, Kanye is the best<3 goosebumps

  • Kanye was legendary from 2004-2007 when he didnt care about credibility from the hood

  • @BoxOfOranges84 he did, he just hadnt earned it yet so he wanted to prove himself

  • @BoxOfOranges84 What are you talking about? From 2004-2007 His first three albums were more "hood" than his last two albums. He had more a hood image on his first three albums, he started the whole schoolbag style. All Kanye albums are uniquely different in their own way, but when his mother died it changed drastically. Hence 808s & Heartbreaks, and My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Which are both great albums. Kanye is the greatest musical artist of all time.

  • i love this song, not many know it

  • Sorry Mista West Is Gooooooooooooooooooooone! :)

  • One person dislikes this? Fuck you, Taylor.

  • Man whenever I hear the strings at the end of this song right before his last verse, I gotta rewind like 8 times to hear it

  • My song!

  • This is one of the best live, hip hop performances I have ever seen.

  • There's something magic about the last verse in Gone, especially played live

  • No dislikes, as of now.

    Just like it should be.

  • Damn! It sounds awesome live i love this song

  • i searched a song to chill, and i found a song to have an orgasmus

  • so has he ever performed this with killa?

  • "I'ma open up a store for aspiring MC's

Won't sell 'em no dream, but the inspiration is free"

    Beautiful.

Mr. West is so well spoken lyrically, and his music inspires people. He is my favorite musician, and he creates music that no other hip hop artist would think to do. No bass heavy music, just an orchestra, and amazing lyrics.

    <3

  • But if they ever flip sides like Anakin, they gunna sell everything including the mannequin, I love that line!

  • 0 dislikes, i like that !

  • i listen to this song atleast 10 times a day

  • 267 THUMBS UP 0 THUMBS DOWN...Im Likin That.....KANYES THAT DUDE!

  • could somebody explain to me why consequence is no longer a member of GOOD music please? i haven't heard that story...

  • @ironjoshi Think he din't get enought attention or something like that =/

  • Comment removed

  • that sounds heavenly, Lord Kanye!!

  • since i saw this, my expectation from kanye's live performances so high but he is not meeting my expectations yet. but i bet he will soon.

  • so sick.... who else can go hard with a live orchestra like that?

  • This song is AMAZING. You're fucking right that there are no dislikes

  • great verse by Consequence

  • I know Kanye West is cocky but he is NOTHING compared to what i would be like if i had his talent! Seriously...you guys lucky he is blessed and not me!

  • @matthew1373 dude, you have to be careful wit comments like that, the guy works so hard

  • 0 people are gone!

  • @matthew1373 yeah they r

  • why's he saying "don't quit your dayjob" ? i just looked it up and its an insult :D

  • @EllMaestro

It was the name of Consequence's album at that time, lol. Ye wasn't meanin' to make fun of Cons, haha!

  • @MCSmithishh okay :D

  • everytime i hear that intro with otis redding, i get this weird feeling, but its something i love!!! This song is dope!

  • 0 dislikes..thats wassuppp

  • If anyone ever says Kanye is not the best artist of all time, you will immediately go no on youtube and search this video. Show them the undeniable proof of Late Orchestration and the magic of that night, which no artist currently can put out.

  • @KidsDestroyChiptune : No doubt homie. Thanks for the discussion. I have better discussions on here than I do on Facebook. Facebook sucks. YouTube is the best website ever!!!!!!!

  • @KidsDestroyChiptune: Damn, I honor the hell out of this comment!!!!!! Shit is so true!!!! Kanye is way ahead of the f-ing rap world!!!!

  • @chicagoconnoisseur: But you know what??? There would never be a Kanye without Tupac or B.I.G.. 'Cause in Chicago, Pac and Big are everything! So if Kanye came out in '93 (at the time he was still in High School, feeding from the rhymes of Pac and B.I.G), he would not be the peron he is now. He wouldn't have as much depth. So he'd be in a "Marty McFly" situation, where he could actually be the cause of his own non-existence. Hey..Maybe that's why he called himself Marty McFly. He's aware!

  • Take a breath!!! That shit was tremendous!!!!!!!!

  • This song right here makes Kanye the best rapper of all time!!!!!!!!!! F-ing ridiculous!!!

  • That nigga got some SERIOUS Fucking Talent!!!!!!

  • This is incredible!!!

  • 1. Late Registration

    2. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy

    3. College Dropout

    4. Graduation

    5. 808s in Heartbreak

All classic albums in that order.

  • @Quagmire97 looks about right to me

  • I love the last verse so much...this song is beyond amazing!

  • absolutely KILLED this!! good job as always, yeezy.

  • i wish i was there

  • kanye kills this...new track monster is bang IN'...stay up kanye!!!

  • violins are so harmonizing.

  • It is never going to be better than this

  • 0 dislikes. I'm not surprised

  • Last verse owns life.

Best mainstream musicians of the past decade.

  • real talent that will stand the test of time

  • haha noone knew who cons was..

  • damn........I wish i was there.

  • i love the emotion he puts into his music and performances. it shows he's not just some musician looking to make money, he feels everything he says. when you listen to his music you can almost feel what he's feeling. he may make mistakes sometimes but he's amazing and if people don't consider him a true artist i don't know who is. he might act and brag like he's the best but you know why...cuz he is

  • So emotional! Love it

  • King of Hip Hop, if not of Music generally!

  • @mezerome How Bout' HOVA?

  • @spidey707 Mr.Carter is (just) a very good rapper. Hip Hop involves Much MUCH more! (Let alone music in general) Mr. West is modern renaissance man musically. He has that "much more"; the world is just waiting for him to die to start giving him his earn.

  • @mezerome i agree but like HOV is the best rapper alive on his time Kanye yes is amazing for modern Rap and i give all respect for him. Kanye is a GENIUS when it comes to making music and him and Mr. Carter together is good to. Mr Carter delivers more of a message in his music. As does kaNYE BUt not as strong and its to a different audience. i see them equally in the music buisness as far as rap and hip hop goes. Hov = Kanye in greatness kanye > all music in generral is too far.

  • kanye step away from the lime light, like. Love this line.

  • late registration, college dropout , gradutaion , 808

love all four but i love late registration

Before, model chicks was bendin over or

Dealerships asked me Benz or Rover, man

If I could just get one beat on Hova

We could get up off this cheap-ass sofa

    love that line

  • this song is SICK. generally when classical instruments and hip hop mix, i find that something good comes out

  • how old is this video? by the way it sounds great! :D

  • bcoz consequense is good das y

and hes signed 2 good music aswell bcoz hes good

  • @bigstunner12

The fuck? lol, Cons ripped it... come back when you can appreciate g.o.o.d. music.

  • the last verse by kanye is insane, the part with triangle is so sick

  • @rpizzle41

Amen brother, that last verse is pure platinum. I think its my favourite rhyme by Ye.

  • @jaredneedsalife ya its definitely up there for me its by far one of his best

  • @rpizzle41 last verse kills!

  • @rpizzle41 absolutely, I listen to this song in my car over and over again, when he starts in with the uh uh uh uh, I get so pumped up

  • yeh I wont lie Lupe is one of the greatest performers out there. That is one man who puts 110% effort in everything. Kanye was great here but hes gone a little weak now.

  • No not really to be honest.

  • Cause I dookied on every song they done through me on!

  • awesome

good thing the guy who does the second verse in this soneg istn tere. he messes up the song

  • Lmao,Camron...

  • He's just terrific live :)

  • whats the name of the band behind him? straights? strings?

  • Comment removed

  • the wire strings, i found it yeay!

  • Kanye at his best

  • witch song did he sing before ??

  • leitoo321.....he performed Bring me down before this song.

  • best dvd i own right here

  • his second verse is my favorite by kanye

  • fuckin right !

  • "too"

  • Don't correct me ever again before I beat the shit out of you and steal your chain "TOO".

  • no this time without the qoutes... just too...u put qoutes in there it screws everything up man god..

  • I'm sure you did........loser.

  • sick ass shit

  • he hates you too, he told me!

  • Question! how did he go from this (amazing) to Love lockdown????

  • his haircut...definitely his haircut

  • @slakerkid 808s was still a pretty good album, on his next album, Good Ass Job, i hope he gets back to making real shit like this and on college dropout. im pretty sure he will

  • @slakerkid cause hip hop got boring

  • @slakerkid by experimenting... in 20 yrs when kanye is talked about as being one of the greatest, his experimental shit wont be the reason he's known, every rapper has their highs and lows.

  • Lupe Fiasco is the best performer, but Kanye is good too.

  • the best performer.

  • i don't care whatever anybody says he is the best performer.period go ya

  • Best song ever

  • this is my song, just love it

  • 3:44 to the end is EPIC.

  • The Best

  • Dear god easily one of kanyes best verses ever on that last one. This song was beautifully crafted, hands down my favorite kanye

  • Holy Fuck, strings at the end after consequence just hits u like a mothafucka, guys a genius!! only mainsteam rapper keeping hip hop alive.

  • *cough*nas*cough*

    *cough*jay-z*

*cough*everyone that was on a tribe called quest*cough*

you just gotta look more haha

  • Absoultely beautiful. Cons is the truth

  • yes.

    kanye is a "genous"

    lmfao.

  • "but if you ever switch sides like Anikan, you will sell everything everything including the manican

they got a new bitch now you jennifer Aniston."

this proves it kanye is a genous.

  • i beleive him when he says "model chicks bending over".

only millionaire superstars can make that reality happen.

  • i cant beleive he's gettin sued for this. it's like from 3 years ago and i didn't hear the guy who actually made the origonal song say shit about suing him, it's his daughter.
