First thing to do:

Check the control Box on the lower platform or on the ground:

If the red light is on: Don't climb

Man, that has to be at least 200 feet up in the air. That is so dangerous. He's obviously suicidal and not afraid of heights. One slip up and that would be the end of him. Some people like living dangerous.
