i made a digital display out of LEDs to display one number. you need an or gate for each 'pixel' or LED piece with the # of outputs set to however many characters you want to be able to display. Example: For me, it was a music selector between three songs, so it displays 1, 2, and 3, so 15 or gates (it's a 3x5 display). I want to do a similar one with more traditional LED like this because it's only 7 lights instead of 15, and much less complicated, circuit wise, and looks cooler. more retro.
I guess for the LEDs he made a hollow square with different lights inside and then a thin layer on the front with the '0' cut out. Then when he wants the different numbers it turns different lights on.
Yay now I can do homework while playing LBP!! How does it get the correct answers? O.o

They are pistons moving them...

for a clear option you could save it as an object and delete it and re-emit it :D
(or an emiter that had one alowed at a time, then emit one every time a button labeled "reset" is pushed)

Its not actually lights guys its just pistons moving the things behind that and way above theres probaly atleast 50 binary gates and more

Hey, good work! Did you make the LED-displays yourself too?

Cool. I made a 2 bit binary adder too. It's called "Binary fun". You should check it out.
