I know this song is about statutory rape, but applying the lyrics to one of my life's past loves hits hard. Regardless, it still resonates with anyone who fell in love with someone who was just being used for his or her body, then repeats the cycle to avoid the truth: love can sometimes, and might often be, a one-way street.

He is looking at being used for someone else's gains. This is especially hurtful when the person being used loves the other person. This makes you want to disappear.
