I tried this last night - I had bought lemongrass for the first time ! it was as easy as it looks on the video and tasted delicious, Thank you

I love this dish and it looks quite simple.

I liked the recipe very much and shall try it in the near future.

However, I found the added visual effects, especially the gray swoops obscuring part of the frame, distracting. I kept trying to brush the hair out of my eyes so I could see everything. And my hair is only 4cm long! :o)

Keep it simple. It works better visually.
