@a3har my stats are a little bit better than that and i barely could.. get 67 summoning and you could prolly... or you could borrow a godsword.. i did it with a whip..but 67 summon is for tort, which holds 6 more food than terrorbird

you should wear an obby shield over the rune defender, the obby shield gives the same str + and waay more range defence and you need range defence to solo him, just a tip.

Tip #1 - use a fucking shield.. Ranged defence MUST be high, you will last alot longer with 220+ Range defence.

Tip#2 - Use TORAGS instead of veracs, it has higher ranged defence, and will make your trips alot easier!

Tip#3 If you can aford barrows helms, it is recomended you use them! they are much greater range defence.
