A good friend of mine was a ASR engineer in later 90s. I remember riding up to Old Forge on our motorcycles and spending a hour starting up 8223 for the day trips and riding in cab for all the trips. Great time.

That's our camp at 2:09! I've never been able to get a good shot of it from the train.
