Maybe no as it stands i.e. a Stalinist state and a Free Market state, but the same would of probably been said of East and West Germany in the 80s. I went to N. Korea and have met a lot of S. Koreans while in China. Both are some of the nicest groups of people I've ever met, and they are maybe a bit sceptical of the other half in a political sense, they all feel a connection with those on the other side of the border.

So when they visit DPRK, beautiful performer like her sings it for them.
Some parts of this movie is the performance of Pochonbo electronic ensemble at Korean school in Japan.
