Indian or spectacled cobra (Naja naja) not a king cobra. Secondly, it really isn't that surprising that the leopards are too fast for the cobra. An agile person can avoid a cobra's strike and those cubs are much more agile than even the quickest humans. Nice video though and I did find it pretty amusing.

This is not a king cobra. This is Spectacled cobra (naja naja). King doesnt have the spectacle on its hood. I don't think the mother would have left the cubs to play with a king. A grownup king cobra is a larger snake which can stand up on half its length and look at a mans eye. Animals and men avoid kings encounters. But it is elusive and not that aggressive. King's dosage of venom and courage is legendary. Suggest people to research before posting anything in you tube.

This is a Common or Sectacled Cobra (Naja naja) and not the much larger and much more deadly King Cobra (Ophiophagus hannah). King in a snakes name refers to its diet being mostly other snakes (ophiophagous is latin for snake eating). But at 18-20 feet (the largest venomous snake in the world, these cubs would be in far more danger than from this common cobra.
