"conga bonga...me tarzan, she jane." racism is neat. oh wait...i forgot...racism doesn't exist here in brazil, right? so that accusation certainly couldn't apply to you.
SAA flight attendants have provided me with an unacceptable services! They have ignored a service requested by an asian passenger (especially by white race cabin crews).
I have booked a preferred window seat but was asked to exchange (swap) a seat with an eastern european passenger to an unpleasant seat. Moreover, no crew members acknowledged and then my special meal requested in vegetarian have given to that passenger! A white race cabin crew have rudely shouted to me and discreminated an asian
@shaolinbaldy I never expected that from them because we provide some of the best service from JFK-JNB and our crew for the most part are great not always lol
@F15SPEED4EVER I don't agree with you. On my yearly trips to SA, I've come to prefer British Airways' service through Heathrow as opposed to flying directly from the States to SA on SAA or Delta Air Lines. BA's standards for service and cabin comfort are higher. Most Americans traveling to Africa route through Europe. Standards might be higher if there was more competition.
And all of our passengers that travel with us from JFK-JNB use us because of the convenience of not having to go Europe and being there over night....Its a waste of time.....and I guess they were wrong to name us Station of the year for 2011 and the best for getting passengers from USA to ZAF=South Africa........SA= Saudi Arabia lol.....Strange I dont know why its ZAF! But then again u guys are the passengers and what you guys say count : )
@F15SPEED4EVER I'm not sure who or what you were originally replying to, but definitely most prefer the European route, typically with British Airways. I know many travel agencies like Abercrombie and Kent prefer to book passengers with BA.
@JohnRhysMusician Ok kool....Did u ever fly to JFK before? These days I see there is a big increase in the amount of passengers that use Virgin Atlantic over British, I never used them before.....I guess their service is really good too!
@F15SPEED4EVER I have flown the JFK-JNB-JFK and IAD-JNB-IAD before. However, since I've lived mostly in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Boston, connecting in London has been the better way. I've never flown Virgin Atlantic before, but from what I understand there service is more downscale. I generally travel BA First when I go because the flight is incredibly long. BA's First is much better product than what Virgin offers.
