And to the guy that said "you'd wish you could pick like that" , it's not the picking that's hard , a guy learning guitar after 2 months can pick as fast and balanced as that , it's the fingers that count , fail you're fingering you can pick as fast as you want and it'll still sound horrible so he's good.
