  • I really hope this is whats going on for Ray right now in prison:

  • This man offended the spirits through his arrogance.

  • Wot a CONMAN

  • How did he escape the sentence of manslaughter? The conditions he subjected those people to were horrible! And this is irrelevant to the case itself, but his actions after were reprehensible.

  • Psychopath.

  • Did he mean to kill people? I don't think he wanted to go to prison, Did he? Maybe He really believed people could overcome anything?

  • Oh problem James you will get out there in no time. Just sit down, cross your legs , close your eyes and think very deep that you will be free right now, and the secrets of law attraction in the universe will open the gates of the prison and you will be free again.

  • @RonaldBarone crackin me up bro, love when hypocrites get exposed.

  • @HanzSygnal Dude I am for real. I do believe in laws of attraction. I was in a relationship, but before got into that I was sitting watching tv ( oprah ) when she was talking about this kind stuff, I decided... Oh well, I am going out and find someone for me. And I found. A codependent addict with lots of criminal records, but it was ok,ppl change and I changed after we broke up. I changed my debit card password, I changed the lockers of my house and now I have a new GURU, it called Lawyer lol

  • @RonaldBarone Hmmm, pseudo-gurus and faux-shamanism are definitely to be avoided. "Law of Attraction", as it has been coined*, is a plagiarized from Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz, which was actually a decent NON-FOR-PROFIT* organization of self-betterment.

  • Yes James Ray did use his blood money to pay lawyers to get him free.

    Whats status in this SaltyDroid?

  • he's gone ot court so evryone here should stop saying horrible things and giving thir opinion because unless you were there, you have no idea what happened.

  • @strethy I was not there but they said in court everything that he did and that is horrible things. He is guilty as they say in this video. Why do you defend this scumbag?

I have the right to give my opinion. He is a psychopathic mass murderer and he deserves a long time in jail and to be buried alive when he comes out.

  • @legggggggggy look i think that he's guilty as well, but there no law of the universe that says that judgement made in court is always definitely right, he could be innocent.Unless your god or something you don't what happened for certain. I'm not defending him at all, i just think that it's the courts responsibility to punish him, which they have done, so it's over. and generally i wouldn't want anyone to be buried alive... but fair enough you have your opinion i have mine

  • yay for stupid faces! :)

  • Was this James Arthur Ray --- guy, in the movie The Secret ?

Has he been sentenced yet ?

Seems like most of the money he made off this sweat lodge scheme, he probably had to pay to lawyers, to defend him ?

  • Maybe you shouldn't have charged people $12,000 a head for your "spiritual warrior" retreat. It was more like "spiritual materialism" retreat.

  • Actually the sentence is probation eligible. Its probation UP TO Nine years. Because he has no prison record the chances of him going to long term prison is VERY low. So I would say he has a win.

  • Let's not be glib and so glad to see someone burn. This might be a man who made some horrible errors and to be honest he always left a bad impression on me but the deaths were not his intention. Being vengeful and taking joy in watching him go down serves no good purpose. I think the only shocking thing the next generation can do is employ a renewed sensitivity.

  • @happylilsunbeam Yes he did not want those people to die but he wanted their money and wanted to give them "value for their money" by making an extreme event because he actually knew he was scamming them by charging $10.000. When he realized that those people died he thought that he wanted to show their family that he was sorry and send a check of $5.000 because he wanted to profit on their deaths too. It does serve a good purpose for me. I feel very good when I see him burn.

  • @happylilsunbeam RE: "Being vengeful and taking joy in watching him go down serves no good purpose."

That's true, but it DOES reveal who the person is who says that and feels that way. When you run your mouth about someone, you are really telling the world more about yourself than the person you are attacking.

    Peace and Love

  • Yep, this ending says it all. Glad I am

Not the only one who saw that effin smirk get slapped of his effin face. I would have loved at least one manslaughter charge, on the one who died, after he was told she was passed out and not responding, he said "we'll deal with that next round when the door opens." this type of conduct will NEVER happen in real sweat lodge, not even close. IDIOT.

  • Tahnk you fo rthe "OH SHIT" lol

  • Pursuant to abcnews he can get up to 11 years in prison... pretty bad considering they talked about 35 years if it was manslaughter... But it is a win that he is guilty of negligent homicide.
