  • nice solo willie!!

  • HELL YEAH

  • Willie rocks

  • poor version...

  • One of the greatest songs of all time! Great job!

  • & fuck the opinion that it's some limp wristed version of an authenticity-infused BLACK reggae song. it's pop as shit, for one thing.. if anybody was pandering to white audience sensibilities in the first place it was cliff & his co-conspirators on harder they come. that is not to say that it's not a wonderful, wonderful alb that i've listened to 20,000 times

  • doesn't hit some of the vocal highs, obv, of cliff but i still prop all involved & the sum of the effortz

  • ryan's so sexyyyyyyyy.

    mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

  • Love the way Ryan always gets into the jam. He usually has a foot tapping! He totally grooves with the music!

  • started off a little flat but it turned out ok. 1 of the best white boy reggae covers is the clashes "police and thieves". not the record but the live performance in their film "rude boy". outside of that ub4o r a great reggae band

  • yea the only part i heard that was out of tune was the first note. and it sounded like it was someone from paul shaffers band. not willie nelson.

  • A little boring, no fire. I still give it thumbs up though.

  • Definitely in key, no element of doubt about it.

  • lol, are you fucking serious? have you ever listened to music before?

  • FUN

  • oh my god this is murder...

  • ha ya they're in key man

  • u dont know much about Willlie. He always sings duets in a special way, and he is very good at it

  • uhhhhh no.......pretty sure their in key. it doesn't sound like the original, but its not supposed to. its a great performance

  • cool

  • i like ryans jumper, he looks like a bumble bee

  • Jimmy Cliff!!!! awesome awesome song

  • ryan adams sounds like mick jagger on this one.

  • hehe

    gold-era ryan

    it's weird y'know

he goes between sounding like this to sounding exactly like tommy stinson... to the new sober ryan.

    interesting

  • I think ryan is reall really into the stones, some of his early stuff, whiskeytown, sounds alot like a alt-country version of the stones.

  • thanks for this! It's up on my blog.

  • oh great to see this here. this is like when thom yorke and REM teamed up to play ebow the letter (kinda) - so much goodness in one place! thanks for this :)

  • One of my favorite songs. Thanks for posting!
