  • MITICAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • Still a great story! Thank you!

  • es un coche totalmente artesanal

  • i wait for new 2cv(retro)like mini moris and fiat 500

  • Hope Citroen smart enough not to do it. 2cv is 2cv and you cant replace it with some fancy expensive new citroen. Nowadays there is no place for sucha product than cheap 2cv, people dont wanna buy cheap car and this way show that they are poor.

  • i have an 89 dolly and bloody love it!

  • Wow, even though my old 2CV was Paris built, i never saw them actually being made, brought back memories seeing the reds ones (i had a red Special) and i beleive its still on the road somewhere in the UK. I heard that the Portuguese ones where prone to rotting badly..... great cars though, had a certain personality about em!

  • I fail to see why would that be. The Mangualde assembly line was the most modern ever used to build a 2CV, and you can see the bodywork being given the galvanisation "bath".

  • este coche es una maravilla

  • simplemente perfecto

  • muchas por su participación!

  • What a great piece of film!!!

  • Excellent video!

I'm Portuguese. My father worked there at that time. I would like very much to have this video in full quality... Is it possible to you to send me by e-mail or by another way? Do you have more videos about Citroën's factory in Portugal?

  • Ainda nao amigo. Muito obrigado pela sua participaçao!

  • Thank you very much for this good video. I have a 2CV witch was build on the 24th of may in 1990 in Portugal, one of the last one's.

  • Yes, what a tonic to open the garage doors on the weekend and waft all the cares of the week away in your 2cv...my grey Charlie has an ORGA number that puts its construction date as 26 June 1990.

Now arriving in France after the Channel crossing is a pleasure sans pareil, knocking the roof back and relaxing as the deuch sings its special high pitched song happy days...

  • Really good video, have one of the last to come off this line and feel that I now know why it feels so special to me wont ever sell it ( brought for 300 quid 9 years ago with 38 k on the clock)these are super little cars and its a pity the production ceased but hey that what makes them so special.. no one can buy a new one top video

  • thanks

  • Love this video,i have a white 2cv which was built in the Paris factory in 1983,its only 6,000 miles on the clock, they were well put togeather in Paris.

  • Thanks for all!!! Congratulations for you!!!

    PruebautoS from Buenos Aires

  • Can I have a copy too? Thank you.

  • fantastic video for a special car! Its a pity this production line does not exist any more!

  • Wow! What a cool video. I have a red 2cv and find it to be the best therapy for a hectic day. A shame they don't make them anymore!

  • congratulations!!!

  • Muchas gracias

    Que gran coche

  • por nada

  • seriously it's not !

most of Europe has no idea, because they have always have that kind of ugly car look about them, be it any Citreon , Rover etc etc ...god, most of their cars look like their've come straight from some poor 3rd world country .

I'm not American at all, the hatred for 2cv's is'nt just confined to The U.S ! .. The hatred for 2CV & many other Euro car appearances is very wide spread, even as far as Australia & New Zealand.

+ they look so home made .

  • seriously, why would anyone buy one of these ugly pieces of crap ?

if you drove one of these 'things' on the road where i am , i would'nt expect it to last long enough to see it's second slow trip - it would be smashed to a pulp by other motorist.

  • Stop saying that is "crap" and "ugly" it's just.. a matter of tastes. ¿You are from USA?

For some strange reason all americans HATES the 2CV and think it's ugly. And for another strange reason here in Latin American and in Europe, the people likes this car. ¿Why? I don't know =S

Well, I'm on the side of the people that love this car =), so... I would buy one!... well, in fact I have one. But I would buy it again XD.

PS: Seriusly, it's a pretty car!

  • I'm from the US and like the 2CV, but I'm not typical.

  • I'm from Holland and i like the AMC Pacer , but i'm not typical ;)

  • Super-Merci-Très beau montage.

    C'est possible d'avoir une copie?

    Thank-you for the pictures.Nice work

It posible to send one copie?

    Thank-you

  • Thanks!!! I`m live in Argentine... Yes it posible a copy.

  • merci pour ta video

  • Va en español. Por nada. Observà el video de generalidades. Merci
