Also, College's have great program 2 help people get jobs even if your not a student there. Good luck man.

I have a certificate in business start-up. Just come up with a valid business plan, and present it to you government. hey, i hope things are better..when it comes to stating your status on job interviews even for HIV organizations is a no no... u would think that it will help but it doesnt. a lot of people including directors in HIV field. they still believe all with hiv is a "case" and will have and or cause issuesits a shame but its true

Consider reading a few good books on effective interviewing and how to write an effective resume. You may be stepping on your own dick when you interview and not even know it. You don't want to appear desperate or come across hostile in any way shape or form during interviews.

I feel you on that one....I BEEN PUTTING IN APPS LEFT AND RIGHT and ive even went on interviews and still no job....So i feel you..and I get discriminated against sometimes b/c IM BIG. But if im a good canindate for the job....why should my weight matter. I Can feel your pain in here cuz you get tired of ppl telling you be patient, things are going to work.......and I be wanting to say shit when.

Chris please do not buy into the comments regarding your status and getting no job. It s so hard out here for EVERYONE (postivie or negative). I am about to get laid-off next month so I feel your pain. Just know that when one door closes another one opens and there is something for you. Kengi's story is a perfect example. He went through it and now look at him. Your day is coming. Keep your head up!!!

There are stages in life we have to go through! This is what we all have to go through! However in order for you to help people and continue to help people you have to go through these things!
Also you go through things not so much for you, I know this sounds crazy, but for someone else. People are watching how we handle things!

I posted a comment and it never appeared.But what I wanted 2 let you know was that I know how it feel 2 get tired of hearing "it will get better" and you see no changes. I'm not gonna tell you tht, wht I will say is that PRAYER IS POWERFUL and in my heart I believe you will get past this. What makes me upset is tht you went thru so much 2 get tht job n now u owe ppl. Honey i'm not trying to be funny but maybe they saw your youtube? cause i've heard of things like that happening, the company hearing that a persons got a popular youtube and them not liking what they see on it, especially if it's a big company with a "reputation", ya know, i'm not saying you should quit youtube, but its just strange that one minute they seem like they want to hire you, but then all of a sudden they don't, but i'm hoping for ya

I completely agree, I have been unemployed since June 2009 and I have been seriously looking and it is so mentally exhausting!! I am a single mom and I am so frustrated!! I go to the grocery stores and they say apply online, I go to the fast foods and they say over qualified, I have gone to temp agencies and their is nothing available -- it is just so discouraging for those of us who are seriously accustomed to being independent. I know it is going to get better -- IT HAS TOO!!
