Im sorry 12dart12, but to compete in the record, you MUST use the same wheels I did. I know it sounds like a stupid rule but anyone can add massive wheels to an engine and get a higher speed. You can read more about it on this facepunch thread:

I'm also sorry to say that the current record WITH the correct wheels was set by me at 93.6 MPH (also in that thread) I have video proof of it doing 91.48 MPH.

Danm cool, i wish mine was like that but more fragile. I want it to break apart when damaged too much, i want it to jam when there is a prop in the engine. That would be fucking realistic, and this game needs more of it too!

you should try this in single player with Jinto's physics mod. Just increase the phys_maxvelocity and phys_maxangvelocity to like 10000000000

I managed to break the sound barrier with nothing but a couple of thrusters, lol.

No i don't think its that. I think he adv_Ballsocketed it to a phxplate that was frozen so he didnt turn.

Notice how the car doesn't change angle when it hits the wall.

this is quite old now, the concept of my engine design didn't take very long it spawned from zeo's slapper. I knew when I made my first version of this that it had massive potential, what took ages was getting the torque vs speed ratio correct.
