Of course we are not perfect but I've also the impression that some of you want see only the worst and doesnt see the beauty and the positives things. Everywhere there are bad and good things no?

I also think there are toomuch prejudices about us so I understand you dears love to visit our monuments or museums but you dont like us at all.

stop by siena if you go back to italy. it really gives you the italian atmosphere whereas rome is not so much.

It is about 891 miles from London to Rome. It is 2,312 miles from Washington, D.C., where I live, to my sisters place in Santa Monica, California. It is very difficult to imagine such a difference in scale. I wish I lived in Europe where it is so much easier to get to another country! To visit Rome I would probably have to empty the bank just getting there! :(

I went to Rome two years ago. Its such an amazing city. The hotel I stayed at was at the top of the Spanish steps so we had to walk up and down them whenever we wanted to go somewhere. It was a pretty tiring vacation, but so worth it. Did you enjoy the food? I loved it especially the gelatos. I wanna go back so bad.
