This is a large croc meaning he needs a large amount of food, this dude probably feeds him regularly like this for tourists so the croc tolerates him to get easy meals. Crocs are smart. But all it takes is one slip and the crocs not gonna care if he has a chicken or a human arm he's just gonna eat.
