  • @tepdaish soon i hope. work in progress. :-)

  • Fuck me this is good

  • So hip!

  • WOW

    1) The fact that you did this in 7/4 and kept it feeling natural (rather than making the listener feel like they're always behind the beat and confused as to how the heck that has happened) shows how good you are at making it really groove nicely.

    2) Doing it without a loop pedal is VERY HARD unless you have a PERFECT sense of time, and relative harmony, as you couldn't hear what we could at the time you were doing this to use to harmonise/keep the beat against.

    Plus it's a GORGEOUS song!

  • @SarahOToolemusic thanks! glad you like it. i did have a click to play along to though - if you look closely you can see a cable coming from my left ear.

  • @noisyneil Oh yes I see it now, but I still maintain that you're sense of relative pitch and ability to keep constantly on the phrase is not to be sniffed at. :)

  • The fact that you didnt even use a looper pedal on this makes it even more awesome.

  • Awesome. Post more stuff like this on Facebook!

  • @paqman78 got another in the pipeline ;-)

  • Hey there. Found you by accident. Loving your work Neil!!

The harmonies on this track are very brilliant and your voice really suits this 'rounded soulful sound'.

Excellent work and this is a key 'break out track'...hope the right people get to hear it.

Do you have any live gigs in the the UK???

  • @jln673 Hi! I just played Ronnie Scott's tonight. I'm at Enterprise in Chalk Farm on the 27th July, Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on the 28th and the Bedford Pub in Balham on 3rd August. Pop down and say hello! :-)

  • Neil-You are one talented guy. Great tune, great vocals and in 7/4 . Very hip!!!

  • amazinggg

  • I think we should all club together and buy this boy a looping pedal (? )so we could witness the beadbottle echo ( correct terminology ? ) of this lad . Well done and keep it up . Beachboys Lewis Taylor Beatles Take 6 maybe a semi decent starting point ?

  • @gwwtmdiat beatbottle?! haha

  • AWESOMENESS!!!! xo

  • GO NEIL!!! WOOOO!! make your album with just your mouth... like bjork did.. proper sexual... XXXXXXXXXX

  • Excellent Neil, keep performing like this and you'll not be broke for long!
