Does anyone know if they are going to make more heroics with the patches after cata? Because imo it's so gay, because it totally overrides the first raids. Like how the H ICC Dungeons allow you to skip Naxx - Toc. I think new content is always cool, but it makes it too easy for everyone, and stops people from doing the raids they spent so much time on. Also makes it so a good majority of people are wearing the exact same gear.

@Kamerloon If this fight had a tail swipe in addition to all the other melee-unfriendly abilities like Engulfing Magic, Blackout & Meteor (where you might need to run away from the boss to stack up your group) + the void "bombs" from the sky which can always hit the whole melee-camp and thus strain the healers - then there would be absolutly no point in having even 1 melee in your raid for this fight.

They could just stay in the corners of the room and /dance, until the fight was over. . .

Melee unfriendly abilities? Everything you just said can hit ranged as well.

You should know how to avoid void "bombs" as melee by now. You form a triangle and than only one person should be hit. (2-3 in a 25) and honestly, TB even demonstrates setting the blackout/meteor mark on someone in melee. So everyone in the raid has to run to where you are because getting melee to ignore boss ass for more than two seconds is tougher than seperating TB from his top hat.

@TheHiznor Of course, those abilities can hit everyone in the raid, but they are way more obnoxious when they hit the melee camp(s)!

Ranged can easily spread out without losing tons of dps, melees have to run away from the boss, through half a dozen void zones, dodge the "deep breath" and run back to the boss after that, before they can even think about doing damage again!

And good luck with your triangle when the boss in constantly moved around and you have to spread out/stack up constantly !

Is it possible to divide the dps, for example, ranged on the flying drake and melee on the drake which is on the ground.

If you do happen to get "ported" into those little sparkly rooms, are the portals spawned on random locations or set locations?

@Omnibus45 You can but there is absolutly no benefit to it, your range has to stack up with everybody else in each phase so they have to run anyways ( they cant even reach the 2nd dragen when he does the deep breaths most of the time )

That should get rid of needing to multi-task during the fight. (as far as i understand you can target the other drake who is in the air, but i might just be totally wrong)

Although locks now have 'Soul Swap'. That would be perfect to remove most dots from the boss in an emergency. For those that don't know, soul swap deals some damage and removes all shadow dots that you applied. When you cast it on another target within 20s it deals damage and applys all dots that were on the previous target.

As you havent noticed it yet i'll eplain it in dantex95 terms:

You -> Mage. Thus you are able to conjure things, such as food and water in digital form which happens to be intangible. Just like beta keys. "Surprisingly enough" you're in the beta.

Conclusion that can be drawn: You conjured a beta key so that you could play it and should be able to conjure it for others. For somewhat reason blizzard doesnt mind you playing.
