The issue I see is that 99% of the time you will be pulling blue for your jungler, so you won't be able to drag the minions down at start like this :S
@DantewarheitAO It's just a tip that's there if you don't have to leash for whatever reason, it helps top lane/bot lane so I thought I would include it.
@lmaofailwhale yes, + you can ask your jungler to ward the other side of midlane. You'll damage the enemies tower when you either kill your opponent or he went back to buy, as well as you know where the enemies jungler is
Could you give some additional justification for those exact ward positions, anyone? If you're worried about getting ganked in lane, why not drop the wards in the middle of river in case someone is coming from the other lanes, or not from those jungle entrances?
@Talgoran if your allies ( support and top lane) does not ward tribush and river for some reason (low elo, not ranked games) you really wanna ward just the river instead, but the ward positioning that he showed is the optimal for almost any case.
@Talgoran Well, you should (IMO) always be checking if anybody is mia. And if there is somebody missing, just back up a little. Also, in a perfect world, you will have your team on skype and they will be telling you if somebody went in the river, or if they B'd. But if you are too worried, you could place a couple of wards in the river.
@Talgoran if you watch mini map and they leave lane you can see them leave lane, so you probably won't need wards for them, but you can ward river if you want and that is something that concerns you.
@callmesuspect actually q/w are skillshots, ad is she doesnt hit them, than she can effectively use her damaging spell (E), baczuse cooldown wont be decreased
He's showing advanced tips, he wasnt last hitting because it's like saying "Hey hey hey, you have to have a computer to play this game", and this would become a captain obvious vid.
I understand how/why he did the video, however not CSing as the #1 thing you can do in mid is silly. I would much rather see the tips implemented in a real game. Why? Because I've never in my life played a ranked match against 0 opponents, and it shows the viability of his tips if he shows them in real game play.
Not trolling, just giving a tip... real gameplay vids are used for a reason. (Anyone remember the high-pitched zoning vid from wayyyyyy back in the day?)
@nikthe Getting CS is one of the most important things in the game. Although he wasn't laning against anyone, he was just giving an example. Without CS, you'll lose late-game.
@nikthe He didn't CS because that wasn't the focus of his tutorial. CSing is very basic, entry level material to discuss even when it comes to CSing under a tower. If you would like to see real application of these tips simply turn on a high elo stream and be observant. He didn't display them for you in a real game scenario because there's no need to. These are thought processes he's trying to convey to you, once applied in game their truths become self evident.
@katanahawk I'll tell you right now that the single most important thing you can do to win your lane is CS. Make a video in a real game and explain the mechanics then? I don't know his credentials, but having a professional who taught me... I'd like to be impressed when I watch a video.
Also was a big fan of your nocturne commentary, very insightful and loaded with tons of game knowledge, and most importantly the mindset you need to give yourself the best chance to win a game.

Is it also necessary to get a ward everytime it runs out?
Also when do you go for their tower?
Please Answer thanks!

@Talgoran As long as your other lanes are warding their key spot then you will know as soon as the enemy jungler goes into river.

Cassiopeia's damaging move isn't a skill shot, it's targeted.

@callmesuspect its a targeted after a skill shot

nikthe 2 months ago
@nikthe damn you're dumb, there wasn't someone to lane against and if he last hit, the lane would push, and he couldn't show lane/creep management.
