ok this is the safest way to make ur utorrent fast, once u open ur utorrent, type (CTRL + G) a window should appear, now beside the bandwith, choose the nearest country from ur place, it will be better speed if ur country is listed, then click run test, after that, go to connection settings on preferences , change ur port to 45682 <===(BEST PORT SO FAR, BASED ON UTORRENT FORUMS) ive never changed it since i enter that port
