The thing when you play volleyball is not to hit the ball as hard as that. Sure, it is impressive, but you need to play smart. If they hit like that in games, they will get blocked almost everytime. The real winners are not the strongest players, but the smartest ones.

Being an outside hitter, I can honestly say theres nothing better than doing hitting lines in warmups and having the other team watch you lol its like they are shitting themselves already. Best feeling by far, but in the actual game its all about high hands or else your gonna get roofed as straight down as some of these TREES are hitting lol

Regulation Mikasa (blue/yellow/white), regulation sand and regulation net. He's the real deal. Apparently his vert is over 40" too.

also...btw...I'm pretty sure that no decent volleyball player would ever *seriously* try 'fisting' a ball. When you've been playing for a long time, you do what you learn. In a real game, you do not fist because you do not have good placement control, so you always do a normal swing. So that is their normal, powerful hit. sure, lots of guys fist the ball in warm ups....in MIDDLE SCHOOL and recreational volleyball. from highschool and college club vball(and up), I have never seen anyone fist a volleyball, and I've seen some amazing hitters.

You might be right, but you could also hit a ball with the bottom part of your open palm without putting much spin on it. I feel like it would achieve the same effect without the risk of shattering any knuckles by fisting.

Anyway, the hitters from pakmen seem to be doing just fine bouncing the balls really high without having to fist any balls IMHO.

Doesn't look like they are. Sometimes fisting can reduce the power if you hit it wrong. Hit it wrong too and you'll mess your fingers. Most of them I'd say are open handing it.
