Vocaloid and UTAU are alot same. Only that UTAU is abit more robotic and is hard to make sound human-like, but not impossible. The characters can be whatever you want them to be. Gumi and Miku can be twins if you want. Rin and Len can be cookies if you want. Ted and Teto can be pedo's if you want. Neru and Haku can be grandma's if you want. Ritsu and Momo can be together if you want etc.

It's up to you. I just think about them depending on song.

Well, doing a quick google search, it seems like Cantarella is a poison, but also it was used in Romeo and Juliet, as the poison which Juliet took to make her look like she was dead, but she was really still alive.

But it seems like people aren't sure what it really is, because it isn't around anymore. So it could be to knock them out, or kill them, I would guess.

I can't say that it's not a poison, though. It is supposed to give the look that the person who takes in this drug, Cantarella, is dead. Of course, the effects last around four or so hours. It gives the impression that the induced person is dead because there is no pulse present. Possible death if you OD...
