  • @sixpackshortcuts I need advice. I workout hard all the time and I am starting to get in shape, but I can't lose my love handles. No matter what I do, the love handles are always there. Can you help give me advice on what types of workouts to do to help remove the love handles?

  • I have never worked out before. Is this an ok place to start. I don't want to go to a gym and look like a loser. So you know where i am, i could only do two rounds non-stop, before a 30 sec break.

  • @EddieNaut you can try and do them all without stopping but maybe if your a beginner there is no shame is stoping for a 20-30 second break :)

    I've been using your 5 min belly fat DESTROYER 5-6 days a week for the last couple of months. I'm really impressed with the results and am thankful for your help. My question is should I switch to this workout for even more improved results or should I stay with the belly fat destroyer?   • @Bianconerinr1 it will help burn fat, do it everyday, as far apart from meal times as possible, you neeeeed to eat healthy too, dont have too many calories in ur diet!

  • @Bianconerinr1 Dude, forget sit-ups... they're gonna build muscle underneath the fat! Burn the fat first, using techniques like the ones in this video :)

  • hey mike, im 16 and have been doing all of your workouts for about 3 months now and have seen amazing results, lost 15kg and have those sixpack abs that i have always wanted, but when i do mountain climbers i find after about 10 or so reps my right hip clicks, any ideas what i can do to fix it? have also got my mum working out on your INSANE Home Fat Loss Workout and its working really well, thanks so much for your motivation and all your workout videos, your a champion!!!

  • @GetYouRipped Might just be your tendon. Try stretching a bit more that may help.

  • Hiyaaaa! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got hot 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

I play Rugby and am on a rowing/canoeing team..And I just gain weight during the off-season & winter and I struggle alot to work out to get in shape and stay fit before the next season! I end up doing those ridiculous 1-2 month videos workout programes which I can never stick to..But this dudes workouts are very simple and easy and they work!

  • @sixpackshortcuts Okay I have a question that I hope you answer and don't mind reading but, I am 16 years old and 6'5 and when I developed my body didn't proportion the way I wanted it, I got a strong upper body from hockey and a toned strong lower body in my legs from hockey, but I can't seem to lose my love handles and they are outrageously annoying because I look fat when I really am not, so please a diet, a workout that could help I will do anything no matter how long will you please help me

  • I see a lot of guys here asking how many times should they do this in a day.

    Thing is, don't limit urselves. For people who r busy and out working most of the day and stuffs, I reckon they could probably squeeze in the exercise only abt 2 or 3 times a day.

    For myself, I usually work out an hour before I take a shower, before I leave the house and when I'm back from work. The trick is, make full use of that one hour and make it really intense, do it till u are panting, aching and sweaty :P

I don't get a lot more attention though, maybe it's because 6th grade girls don't expect to see boys shirts off during school. Keep the vids coming. And I really wonder, does he do this workout exactly the same? These 3 exercices, in 4 rounds? If so, I can't imagine how he got so well in shape then. In my opinion he needs to give us some more instructions about how many times a week/day etc. Because I don't know how I should do it now.
