I think the Greek gods have inducted you into their Olympian realm. Damn. I work out with weight but never can't get the muscle on. I got an older brother that did PX90 and lost weight and is a freaking mound of muscle now. @Bianconerinr1 it will help burn fat, do it everyday, as far apart from meal times as possible, you neeeeed to eat healthy too, dont have too many calories in ur diet!

this dude rocks! I play Rugby and am on a rowing/canoeing team..And I just gain weight during the off-season & winter and I struggle alot to work out to get in shape and stay fit before the next season! I see a lot of guys here asking how many times should they do this in a day.
Thing is, don't limit urselves. For people who r busy and out working most of the day and stuffs, I reckon they could probably squeeze in the exercise only abt 2 or 3 times a day.
For myself, I usually work out an hour before I take a shower, before I leave the house and when I'm back from work. The trick is, make full use of that one hour and make it really intense, do it till u are panting, aching and sweaty :P

I don't get a lot more attention though, maybe it's because 6th grade girls don't expect to see boys shirts off during school. Keep the vids coming. i got a problem, maybe someone can help? when i do the knee to elbow plank (the first exercise) after 2 or 3 times it hurts in my left thigh. in the middle. @Dkshir19 I can perfectly understand that. I did this short workout today and it took me about three and a half minutes I believe, and it wasn't really so tough, so I'm quite sceptic so far. And I really wonder, does he do this workout exactly the same? These 3 exercices, in 4 rounds? If so, I can't imagine how he got so well in shape then. In my opinion he needs to give us some more instructions about how many times a week/day etc. Because I don't know how I should do it now.

i got a problem, maybe someone can help? when i do the knee to elbow plank (the first exercise) after 2 or 3 times it hurts in my left thigh. in the middle. Like a big nerve or muscle getting in the way, any advice? Maybe i just need to get my body used to this kind of exercise? (never done em before) or what can it be??

@Dkshir19 I can perfectly understand that. I did this short workout today and it took me about three and a half minutes I believe, and it wasn't really so tough, so I'm quite sceptic so far. And I really wonder, does he do this workout exactly the same? These 3 exercices, in 4 rounds? If so, I can't imagine how he got so well in shape then. In my opinion he needs to give us some more instructions about how many times a week/day etc. Because I don't know how I should do it now.
