I disagree with you Brysi, I don't think your advertising is what can be considered annoying, I think that the quality of the items that you are putting forth speak for your advertising. Those internet service providers may find it more profitable to relocate and carry on as normal. If the U.S then tried to press the bill on companies and individuals based say, in the UK then the british public would be in such an uproar that the government would find it easier to say no to the US than the people getting ready to riot... again.
