  • A lot of music is missing in this version that's present on other versions, sad :(

  • wish the player would move the mouse pointer out of the way!! ps. have u noticed that sir graham walks like a complete spastic.

  • OMG, the colors are killing my eyes @_@

"I'll not have you sass me in my court room, Rather Dashing...er, I mean Sir Graham."

  • Why did you avoid picking up the four leaf clover?

  • If I had a chest filled with an endless supply of gold coins I' d be digging bitches all day. Screw the throne!

  • lmao so THIS is what peasant's quest was a ripoff of...

  • When i was a kid, ive been playing kings quest on the atari st.

  • The opening theme is "What's Child Is This", a Christmas song? How interesting?

  • @StarFighters76 It's actually Greensleeves.

  • Is it just me or does Graham look like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons when he walks? Oh wow, how technology has changed!

  • huge world, reminds me of GTA but in GTA you can't steal a goat!

  • Haha! Best comparison ever

  • yup, GTA was inspired by gameplay from Kings Quest 1.

  • Holy crap, I remember this game.

  • I played this game soooo much as a kid and never completed it..... thank you for this video... When I compare this to the way I used to play... I lol inside... I would alwasy type like it was the real world...

  • what's amiga stand for anyway?

  • Nothing. It's Spanish and translates to (female) "friend" or "girlfriend".

  • And in case you didn't know:

The Amiga is a home computer from the 80s. There's a big article about it at wikipedia.

  • On the tree with the golden egg you must not walk on the brown thing you can walk on the grey area too xD

  • Ha, lots of fun. Nice to watch this in 40 minutes instead of taking the time to play through it again.

  • I love the King's Quest saga, and the Indiana Jones' games. The best games ever made

  • How can you do that?

  • Man more I got this game,i spend a lot of time to finish this

  • i don't know how anyone ever got his name right without a hint book. seriously!

  • You gotta love his first guesses. ;)

  • I was about 7 when I played this game. My friend and I learned english playing it. It was incredible, but even more incredible is kings quest 3! When you discover that you can get things from under beds and hide things, it's AMAZING the adventure feeling you get.

  • This is great, I remember my older brother playing this on his comdore computer but I believe it was part 2 or 3, the one way you had to escape the wizard and poison him with the cookie that you make, we NEVER could get past the cookie part because he would always come back from his trip and catch us and turn us into a bunny or some little animal as punishment, man I have some great memories from this game, it absolutely fascinatted me at the time I was about 6 or 7 at the time.

  • The wizard never turns you into a bunny or little animal for having the cookie. He screams, "You'll do no magic aroudn me!" Then turns you into a pile of ashes. However, you CAN get rurned into a snail for simple disobedience.

  • Gonna get the King's Quest collection in 1-2 days soon ;) ordered it from a swedish site ;P

  • Man you did a wrong choose because you can download ALL the saga from old-cans

  • aaahhhhh......I was trying to remember what happens if you got his name right....been a long time since I have played....man remember the awful beanstock but I didnt remember if you got his name right you had to climb that thing!

  • This game had a charm to it that was not easily duplicated.

  • The graphic was not bad because of old hardware or software from 1984, but because it was actually drawn by a 5 year old ;)

  • dude hte five year old draws better than me then :D lol but im only 14

  • A much "better" way to do the dragon is...cut of the bucket when down rope, fill up the bucket with water... throw the water on the dragon, If Ill remember it right (was atleast 20 years ago I played it) the dragon will remove the stone so you can exit that way... you will appear in the cave next to eagle

  • Nice. You can also kill the giant by shooting a rock at him with your slingshot.

  • Can you post the guide of King´s Quest IV???please!!!

  • someone on youtube has posted it....I dont remember who....so just look up king's quest in general and you should fine it....

  • What's Graham gonna do with the dead body of the king?

  • He will eat the body

  • Old, classic games like these rule! I desperately miss those good old days of primitive computer animation-but it worked! Rock on King's Quest!

  • I love game synth music ^^

  • this is awsome thank you I totally loved this game when I was 7! ( I am 25 now!)

  • Yep, roughly the same story here.

  • wow thanks! i remember playing this with Space Quest on my old Tandy computer! They were the very 1st RPGs i played when i was a kid lol. I didnt get far though and lost both computer & games as time went by. ahh the memories of playing these games on a rainy day. Thanks again! gonna start looking for Space Quest videos like this lol.

  • Wow.. when I played this I only had one pc speaker so i didn't get the other 2 notes. Great trip back in time!

  • I miss the PC 4-color graphics and one-beep-at-a-time music ... not. My friend had a Tandy 1000 with 16 colors and 3-voice sound. I believe it also had the half-height floppy drives.

  • Nice man. This brings back all sorts of nostalgia. First saw this at a neighborhood friends house when I was five in 1990 or so then throughout the years watched him play a lot of Kings Quest games finishing with VI.

  • Sierra was so much fun back in the day.

  • I miss those old computer games my dad used to let me watch while he played King's Quest 5 and 6 but now I'm getting the collector's edition I can't wait to play the real ones I already played the remakes.

  • Is This Game Played On The Computer Or A Game System??

  • um...there are keyboards for game systems? No, it's for the computer, duh.

  • DREAMCAST LOLZ.

Seriously, no need to get antsy. Besides, KQ5 was released on the Master System, and although you controlled it with the controller, it was on a console.

  • It was also released for the NES.
